Today I’m continuing our series on Trauma, by starting a discussion on the signs and symptoms of trauma. Specifically, I’m talking about the signs and symptoms of all 5 types of trauma (Acute, Chronic, Secondary, Developmental and Complex), as well as Complex PTSD.
Next week I’ll finish this discussion by talking about a major symptom known as dissociation. Along with introducing you to ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences).
